Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide
It is important to upgrade your equipment to maximize the potential of your gear. It lets you add additional stats to your item's base level value.
Each upgrade template has an array of options that can be configured by using the edition GUI. These options include the upgrade reference and the chance to upgrade.
Upgrade components
The method of upgrading armor, weapons and other equipment in Cyberpunk 2077 has been revamped as part of the 2.0 update. Upgrade components can be found all over Night City, and the item you want to upgrade must have an upgrade slot. When you choose an item to upgrade it will show an overview of what the expected statistics will be after upgrading, as well as the component or material needed. If you do not have the necessary level of material or component needed to upgrade an item, the button will show "Blocked."
Weapons and armor can be upgraded, as well as some trinkets and gathering tools. Upgrade slots can be filled on any item with upgrades that give bonus effects or attributes when the equipment is used. These upgrades can be obtained by crafting, purchased from a vendor, looted or acquired as a reward.
There are two types of gemstones and universal upgrades. Universal upgrades which are similar to gemstones can be placed in any type of equipment, and provide less of a benefit than other upgrade components. Obtaining these is fairly simple to obtain, since they are dropped by enemies or looted across the globe. Gems can be obtained by disassembling items or by fulfilling specific tasks.

Upgrades can be removed and replaced by new ones that fit in the weapon's slot. However it will destroy any prior upgrades. Except for glyphs, which can be placed into gathering tools, other upgrades are not able to be salvaged or removed once they are placed in an item. Infusions that can be placed in ascended equipment and legendary equipment, as well as enrichments, which can only be recovered using an upgrade extractor or by salvaging the item with the highest-quality salvage kit, can be replaced every hour.
Recycled items
During the two World Wars, the scarcity of natural resources forced the world to recycle. Recycling things like aluminum or plastic, as well as paper is commonplace. They are given a new life. In fact, recycling conserves energy and stops carbon dioxide from escaping into the atmosphere. It's also a good method to avoid landfills and conserve natural resources. It is essential to be aware of what can be recycled.
People often make the mistake of placing the wrong items in the recycling bin. These items not only contaminate recycling equipment, but can also contaminate the stream. To avoid this, always be sure to read the label and follow the guidelines for your recycling program. Cardboard should not be mixed with steel or tin cans. Tissue must also be thrown away. Plastic bags can also become stuck in recycling machines, and should be returned to the store to be reused. Food containers and berry containers are also items that can be thrown away. Glass is the only exception, as glass is a great material to build with.
When purchasing new items it is important to look for the tag "Made using recycled materials." This indicates that the item is made of recycled materials from products that have served their purpose. This makes them more eco friendly than brand-new items made of virgin materials. Besides, item upgrade are much less expensive than virgin ones.
Whether it's your old tablet, phone or computer, you can reuse these items by bringing them to a recycling center. They'll reuse the materials to make new electronics and other useful items. You can even get money from these companies by returning the old ones.
If you want recycling for your coworkers to be easier, make it standardized the colors of the bins and signs at your office. This will eliminate confusion and boost participation. You should also create a space in your office for recycling like a central bin or box located in the breakroom.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to roll the dice again to increase your stats and awesome powers. They can be found in the mystery box or as rare drops from bosses or monsters with skulls. Each token removes an attribute point from damage and rolls it randomly into an attribute that is different. You can also reroll extras on items, such as regeneration and speed.
The additional features of an item increase with each level, however the amount they boost varies. The value of an extra is calculated as a percentage of total stats of the item and rerolling a token will alter this value. The value of recycling also grows as it gets upgraded. Generally speaking, the value of an item's main stat will increase by +3 every level, while the value of its extras will fluctuate.
To roll an item again you need to click the dice icon next to the item in your inventory. You can also press the button on a lobby of a player, and then select "Reroll". After rerolling the item, it will disappear from your inventory.
Sagbe is Sagbe is a Token Shop dealer in the game. You can also earn free rerolls by redeeming active codes in Fire Force Online. These codes can be used to obtain many items that include Reroll Tokens and Clan Reroll Tokens.
These rerolls can be useful early in the game when you are attempting to build up your inventory. However, they are not the best way to boost your character's stats. You should instead focus on getting more skill points. You can also get additional bonus points through the event tiers.
You can also change your character's race with a race reroll token, that can be purchased from the Zen Market. This token lets you change your race at any time, and it can be redeemed through certain pack purchases or through the Token Shop. You can also get it as a reward when you complete Meg’s cases during the Port Sarim Invasion event.
Leveling
The process of leveling an item during an upgrade process increases its power level and stats. However it also increases the cost of upgrades and requires a certain amount of materials to complete the process. The kind of material needed depends on the item. For example, weapons use the combination of Destruction Stones and Guardian Stones. Armor is composed of Harmony Leapstones, Shards and other materials. The addition of additional materials can increase the likelihood of success, but it's not a guarantee.
The process of leveling is calculated by using formulas that determine the amount of damage, magic attack (magic weapons), and defense an upgraded item will receive at the next upgrade level. The formulas differ based on the type of weapon and its rarity. There is also a maximum level per type of gear.
After the item reaches its maximum level at which point the NPC will show an Upgrade option that lets the player infuse the item with experience and upgrade it to the next level. To make the most of this process, it is important that players make sure their gear has reached its maximum level prior to upgrading. They can save time and money by not wasting resources or experience that could be used for other upgrades.
If the upgrade is in progress when the upgrade is in progress, the NPC will display a window containing two lines. The first shows how many Tech Points the upgrade will give, while the second shows a preview of what the item will look like at its upgraded state. The preview may not be exact for items that have mods, but it can provide a rough idea of what is to be expected.
The NPC will display the price to upgrade the item. This will include the cost of Technology Points, if applicable. If you own an Accelerator, it will include the cost. Accelerators are available on the Exchange. They increase the Tech Points earned from upgrading by 50 percent. This bonus does not apply to an item's quality chance that resets when the item reaches the mark level.
The Upgrade NPC offers a service to facilitate gear transfers. This will allow players to save the experience and upgrade progress of a piece of gear and then transfer it to a new item in the same slot. This is useful for players who wish to swap out their gear but don't have enough currency to purchase a completely new set.
